"Brazilian" a double purpose variety.

This variety is very common in South America. In Colombia, Panama and Costa Rica is called "Brazilian". His name, obviously tell us that this variety is comming from Brasil. As you can see, this variety can produce hight yield cassava roots, hight starch contained and is very soft for tradicional cooking. This strain has a lot of features, very useful for different industries. These are the reasons why we call it a double purpose variety, nice for cooking and very nice for industry.
