Only one debate is missing for the constitutional reform that legalizes the adult use of Cannabis in Colombia. The models of Uruguay, the Netherlands and Canada have been taken as a reference. Generation of employment, income, income and a blow to the black market, are some of the goals that are expected to be achieved with the implementation. It is also an alternative for companies that have not been able to develop their operation due to the limitations of the local market and the demands of international markets. Clubs, dispensaries, Coffeeshops are some of the traditional forms of distribution in the reference countries, good news for users or responsible consumers.
